Now, more than ever, organizations are recognizing the toll of work and personal life on the happiness and well-being of their team members – with direct impact on the productivity and stability of the organization. But how do you know how your team is feeling? To help, we built a service called Copilot.
Copilot is a proactive, positive, data-backed, and text-based mental health support tool designed to help leaders recognize challenges, trends, and issues affecting an organization’s team members. Capable of providing high-level insights from anonymized data, leaders can track how the organization as a whole is feeling, while team members can:
Copilot was created with service members, first responders, teachers and administrators, and hustling businesses in mind. These high-stress and fatiguing jobs can wear heavily on individuals, many of whom might not have the resources or inclination to seek mental health support on their own. Copilot makes it easy.
Your team members opt-in from any mobile phone capable of receiving SMS text messages. They can also scan a QR code from any smart device and see welcome screens customized to your organization. They’ll start receiving positive psychology content 3x a week via text, including prompts to anonymously chat with our live team of trained mental health professionals whenever they’d like, day or night.
Copilot is not therapy. Instead, Copilot is a positive support service that provides members with skills, resources, and an environment to talk openly. Copilot’s support staff will never diagnose their users. Copilot does not directly intervene in crisis situations, but often is the first line of defense in moments of peril. We can identify when a situation escalates and will work to connect users to in-person local and family help, along with other national resources. We stay engaged via text every step of the way. Interactions are truly anonymous and every one of Copilot’s mental health professionals is extensively trained, background checked, and QPR certified.
